The club will (hopefully) be participating in Melvin Brewing’s Boil Rumble Homebrew club competition. The results of the recent poll was that the club wanted to brew a lager and given the time constraints that means we need to brew ASAP! Brew day will be taking place on January 20th at Nate’s house in West Brighton (near Li Greci’s Staaten) and should kick off between 8:00am and 9:00am.

We will try to have a pot of coffee percolating and might be able to scrounge up some Hot Chocolate as the weather will likely be cold and we will be brewing outside. Some bagels may also be provided.

We will be brewing outside so dress warm as the weather could be not so nice. We might be able to get a fire pit going for some additional warmth.

This is supposed to be a club collaboration so all club members are invited and welcome to attend and lend a hand.
