Pour Standards, Richmond County Brew Society will help guests gain a deeper understanding of beer, its ingredients, and the process by which it’s made. Participants will explore the capabilities of The Grainfather, an innovative brewing system that mashes, recirculates, lauters, and boils without needing more space than a small closet. Enjoy an overview of Staten Island’s brewing history as well as the current status of this industry while sampling different local homebrews. Register in advance. Space is limited.
