Stan Hieronymus at Fifth Hammer Brewing
On August 19th at 6pm, Stan Hieronymus will be speaking at Fifth Hammer Brewing in Long Island City Queens for Make it Local. In July of this year, we took homebrewers on a foraging tour of Prospect Park in Brooklyn to find wild ingredients for beer making. We then invited homebrewers to make beers with their locally foraged ingredients. We’ll be serving those foraged beers with and chatting with Stan about what we made.
